New Street Grill is situated within the Old Bengal Warehouse, an historic warehouse originally built in 1771 near Liverpool Street by the East India Company to house spices, tobacco, port and exotic goods.

The Old Bengal Warehouse is today the oldest surviving warehouse of that era in the City, now transformed into a modern dining and drinking destination also comprising sister venues Fish Market, New Street Wine and Old Bengal Bar.
